This book was hyped up by everyone and I went into it with high expectations. It wasn’t as blow your mind amazing as I had hoped, but it was good.
The premise is Jessica is a struggling makeup artist and Dr Shields is doing an anonymous survey about morals and ethics and boundaries. Imagine a how far would you go before this is wrong type scenario.
I found it relatable as in I would totally sign up for blind studies and questions if it paid as well as they do in the book. And there are opportunities like that out there.
The book was a little slow building to me. It didn’t necessarily keep me on the edge of my seat, and the ending was somewhat anti climactic to me. But, it was a good story none the less.
Overall, I’d say it’s a good read if you want something to keep you entertained if just relaxing and reading.
