Jessica Farris is a free-lance makeup artist in NYC and is doing the makeup for two college girls in their dorm when she overheard a voicemail message outlining the details of a highly paid psychological study. Needing the money and knowing the girl won’t make the appointment, Jessica stands in. The study is a series of open ended questions with live feedback. Based on the responses, the candidate is asked to continue or leave.
When the creator of the study, Dr. Shields, becomes interested in Jessica’s answers, she sets up a meeting where the two instantly connect.
