This is the 2nd book that Greer and Sarah have written together and oh my goodness! It was another hit out of the ballpark. I was so stinking excited when this book showed up as a Book of the Month choice for December. I loved there 1st book The Wife Between Us. I literally sat for 45 minutes trying to figure out what I had just read with their first book.
Although I didn't have to do that with An Anonymous Girl, I did have a lot of Holy Crap moments because of how mind-blowing it was at the time.
I will admit the book started extremely slow. I was disappointed and wanted it to give me that same pow as their first book. Once you got past the first 15 chapters the pace picked up and it was a can't put down the book.
Things aren't as they always seem with An Anonymous Girl. Would you take a test of morality if you got paid? Would you continue in the study when it got more intense and you were bidding for Dr. Shields? What if you found out she was trying to set you up to be like a past patient?
But what if you were the one who was manipulating instead of being manipulated?
