I'm typically not a very big fan of books that go back and forth between characters but these authors did an amazing job. Even though different characters are telling the story it flows so well and each character has their own voice. Jessica sneaks her way into a psychology study thinking that she is going to make some quick cash. But the questions quickly become very odd. Despite this her curiosity does not allow her to stop answering because she wants to see where this ends up. Dr. Shields is the one conducting the study and to say she is twisted is quite an understatement. She is manipulative and will stop at nothing to achieve exactly what she wants, and she doesn't care who she has to hurt along the way.
