This is the second book that I have read written this author duo. I did not love The Wife Between Us as much as I wanted to. So I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about this book, but I was still really excited to read it. Overall I found this to be a really good thriller. I was hooked from the beginning and the pages flew by. It is a thriller that can easily be read in one sitting. This book is told in alternating perspectives between two women. Neither woman is likable, but as I reader I was still captivated and wanted to know what was going to happen. The reason I couldn't give this book 5 stars was because the ending just seemed a little too easy. After all of the build-up, the ending came off a little lackluster. Other than that though it was a really good book and I am looking forward to future books written by this author duo. So if you are looking for a gripping thriller, then this book is definitely for you!
