A fun read, but not as good as the Wife Between Us.

When Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen get together to write a story, it's always worth reading. An Anonymous Girl is not any different. The story of a psychologist with questionable motives is an interesting variation for this genre, and keeps you intrigued the whole way through. You wonder who you are supposed to feel bad for and who you should be rooting for. This psychological thriller is a nice departure in a genre that can sometimes feel a little stale. The secrets that emerge are mildly predictable but not so predictable that I was disappointed.

While I didn't enjoy this book as much as I loved The Wife Between Us (another book written by Hendricks and Pekkanen), I was still entertained and enjoyed the read overall. These two authors really are the masters of psychological thrillers and I look forward to reading whatever they decide to publish next.
