A Binge Worthy Read
This one did the trick. It started off strong. I was immediately drawn into Jessica’s story. She is relatable. A twenty-something living in New York trying to support herself. (When I read this last month I was still a twenty-something 😂). When she learns about a morality study at the local university that pays, she decides she has to be a part of it. She walks into an empty classroom with a laptop and begins answering questions. I don’t like many of the decisions she made, but I think her character worked well for this story. The book did lag a little in the middle but picked up again towards the end.
This was one twisted story. I am beginning to count on Greer and Pekannan if I need a twisted, psychological thriller to binge read.
