I liked that Jessica knows who she is. She tells her mother stories to make herself sound more successful, but she strives to make her business work. I like that she takes pride in the job she does on a daily basis, and considers the feelings of her clients even if they are uncaring, selfish teenagers. In short, I like her and I want to see where this book is going. It is obviously a struggle for her to do this study, so I believe there is certainly something in her past. I'm also curious about the Doctor offering the study.
