The premise is intriguing, but based on the first 10 pages, I don't think this is something that I'd really enjoy. The characters and writing seem humorous, which I'm not sure if the author intended it that way or not. I can see the appeal of murder and drama, but something about this first impression rubbed me the wrong way.
