I think you can tell a lot from the first few pages of a book. The set-up says so much about where the rest of the book is headed, and this book is no different. I am fascinated in how the stories of Megan Hawkins and Kim Loomis will play out, and how Melody Morgan will fit into the whole dynamic.
This little tease definitely had me wanting more of this story. I can't wait to meet Kim's husband, learn more about her job, and see where this story goes!
