WW2 Historical Fiction is my most favorite genre to read and I absolutely love that the author is taking an approach from the recovery position here in the states.
Pulling out of the depression, times were hard for everyone. So renting out rooms was a popular thing to do at the time. The eclectic collection of characters at first might seem like people who wouldn't have much in common. But the depression and WW2 sadly was the thing to bond people together. I cannot wait to see what the author has done to create a bond with these characters and watch them come together to help Dolly in her time of need.
