Another excellent novel by Emily Giffin. Very well written with well developed and multidimensional characters. This story is about the aftermath of a drunken teenage party, very compromising photos and the lives forevermore affected. One of the main characters is Nina, married to a wealthy man, and mother of a popular and successful high school senior bound for Princeton. Her son attends an elite private school with scholarship student Lyla. Lyla lives with her hardworking and protective single father Tom.
Lyla is the girl who is in the photos. When different accounts of the night in question emerge, Nina and her husband have diametrically different ideas of how the very serious
situation should be handled. While trying to deal with everything, Nina and Tom grow to respect each other and become close.
Definitely recommend this book as well as everything written by the author.
