Emily Giffin's books are always good and always make you just a little uncomfortable. All We Ever Wanted is told from four different perspectives: Lyla and Finch, high school students, and Nina and Tom, one of each of their parents. When a scandalous photo of Lyla goes viral, and Finch is accused of spreading the photo, Lyla, Finch, Nina, and Tom are launched into a touch predicament; each having to determine how they are going to handle the situation.

This is a very timely story and explored issues that I haven't seen come up as often in a "chick-lit" genre. Overall, I would recommend this book, but definitely be prepared that it isn't necessarily your typical "chick lit" type story.
