All We Ever Wanted by Emily Griffin pulled me in from the start. The book is about a woman named Nina Browning married into a "good family" with considerable wealth and a single man named Tom Volpe with a teenage daughter, Lyla. Nina has a son named Finch. When an inappropriate picture is posted online, all four of these characters are drawn togther. One event brings them all together. The plot sounds very interesting with complex characters at the center. The story is emotional and realistic. It is thought-provoking. I like how the writing style flowed. This book was a refresher from the genres I usually read, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Overall, I liked this book a lot.
