I wasn't sure what to expect from this book as this is the first novel I've ever read by Emily Giffin. I usually shy away from family dramas or romance stories but this one caught my eye. This is not normally my genre of choice, but I'm so glad I gave it a try. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I thought I knew how it was going to end,started to get disappointed and then the truth was revealed. The author does an amazing job of creating well rounded, loveable characters. I may have predicted the plot after a period of time but it was my love for the characters that kept me reading. All around a good read. I enjoyed how real the characters were and how the entire novel flowed. I will definitely recommend this book to friends and family.
