While I admit that I rarely go for historical fiction or women’s fiction, this time I can’t stand the main character Emily. I’m sorry but a lot of people (including myself) have lost their parents and she needs to stop letting that be her only defining sad girl “YOU JUST DONT UNDERSTAND” feature. I’m gonna have to give this one a pass.
