I do no think i have ever read a more beautiful, powerful, moving, (this adjectives list could go on forever) book than this.
It took a while for me to bring myself together to even write this, but Ally My Rage displays the brutal realities of human emotions, their effects, their consequences. It tackles the ugly but true realities of life, shedding light on racism, addiction, grief, abuse, SA. But to the core, this is a book about the process of forgiving.
The book alternates POVs between Noor, Salahudin, and Misbah, jumping back and forth in time during Misbahs point of view.
This book, while difficult to read at times(because of subject matter), was an absolute page turner. Even in moments where I had to put it down for a bit, I was itching to pick it back up. And that is how the plot was until the very last page.
