This upcoming Sabaa Tahir book sounds great! It’s young adult fiction that flips between the past in Lahore, Pakistan and the present in Juniper, California. The past is about the parents’ generation and the present is their children’s story. I loved the author’s fantasy books and can’t wait to read something new from her.
