There are a lot of family members included right away which is a little confusing but I'm sure it makes more sense as you read further. I'm concerned that this story centers the daughter rather than her dad whose story it is supposed to be - why do cishet people make everything about them? - so I'm not really interested in reading this book. But I appreciate the daughterly affection.
