I get a lot of Pretty Little Liars + the Politician vibes from this book and I absolutely love it. It is great that this book is not only dark skin POC representation in terms of characters but also the author. I think it is really interesting because the main characters are originally portrayed as book smart and competing against each other but will be forced to outsmart the antagonist using streetsmarts most likely and will have to work together.
