I just recently got into true crime. Never really got into reading and crime or killers. Like many i enjoy true crime shows. Now time to read some true crimes. Who better to start with than the daugther of a legend I have never read anything by Ann Rule. Leslie Rule infamous crime novel mother. This was Leslie Rule first attempt in the much loved genre. A Tangled Web is just that a web where you are stuck and can not seem to get out. Web did a through job of giving details often times lending towards over explaining. She described in depth meaning things i felt didn't need such deal. Example- Facebook and what it is and used for. Also the crime and who was guilty of murder wasn't blatantly obsessive. It took away from alot of "build up and details". I haven't figured out if it was her writting and research techiqune. Or if perhaps true crime isn't for me? Overall I would give this a three star.
