I love that this starts out with a preface that is first person and true. I love true crime stories and Leslie seems to have fallen in her mother’s footsteps. She starts out with her true accounts of the first time she looked at a killer. Then carries on her narrative leading into the introduction for this true crime novel. So exciting!
