I don’t read a lot of true crime, but I read tons of mysteries. This feels more like a biography than a true crime book so far. It shares a lot of backstory and lacks suspense. If you already love true crime and read it a lot, I think you’d enjoy it. But I prefer a twisty mystery to this type of book after reading the sample.
