I'm hooked from those chapters!

I was unsure about all the different types of creatures that would be in this story, but as we further in I was really just more intrigued about how they could play into the story. Especially at the part where the main character said her eyes had caused people to consider she might be one of the creatures now banned. The intrigue between the queen and her daughters, and her sister's magic use were very unique and made me want to keep reading. I actually didn't plan to enter to win this one, but after reading the first few chapters, I decided to use my points to make sure I got a copy of this one to read!
