Three days. Three days it took me to read this brilliant legal thriller.
Brilliant is my first realization of this story.

Suspenseful. Riveting. Compelling.
All in one. M.T. Edvardsson is genius for telling not only the story through multiple POV's but through each part, starting with the Father, then Daughter, finishing with the Mother.

I do have to say that I despised the Mother throughout this book because of her personality and her persona.
I'd like to think that the author truly made us feel like Stella (the daughter) at times because of the lacking bond between her and her mother.

Amina, on the other hand, was such a huge role in not only being Stella's best friend but in the trial that awaits Stella.

Adam was a brilliant character that was made to be Stella's Father.
His role also played a significant part in Stella's trial. And without him being who he was (a pastor) I'm not sure if his character would have fit in with the characters around him. His presence was truly enjoyable and his faith in God didn't affect his chances of standing by his family.

This book was unique and brilliant.
There truly are no better words to describe this amazing legal thriller.
Just read it and you'll see what I mean.

This one gets all the stars!!!
