Being a parent of a teenager can be exhausting and frustrating as well as it can be warm and loving. When Stella, daughter of a lawyer and a pastor, turns 18, the nightmare begins when she returns home late one night. The next day she is charged with murder. Did she do it? What will the parents say about her whereabouts that night and what time she returned? Would parents tell the truth if it would be damaging or would the parents make up an answer if it meant the system might spare their child?

Looking forward to reading the rest!
