The excerpt was from the perspective of the Father. And I truly enjoyed this POV. He's a bit overbearing, like any father is. But caring and loving. And you could feel his confusion as things unfolded. Especially the little things he noticed about not being told everything by his wife and daughter. I want to see how this story unfolds.
