I enjoyed this book. There were characters I liked and others I didn't, and I was thankful it wasn't too heavy on law jargon! Lizzie wants to help her law school friend Zach, but challenges quickly begin as not everyone is honest. Others are hiding secrets. I liked how the perspective changed from before the party with Amanda's life to present day with Lizzie working to clear Zach's name. I liked the supporting characters and their husbands as well. This is a not a life in NYC that I can relate too, so that made it more fun to read about as well! Overall a book with a mystery that unfolds and I didn't want to put it down until I figured everything out! Thank you to Bookish First and HarperCollins Publishing for a copy of this book!
