I really enjoyed A Good Marriage and could not put it down. The twist is one that the author hints at for a lot of the book but you will probably only put it together at the end like I did. It never feels to drawn out or boring, and you have to put the puzzle pieces together with the main character in order to get to the end.

With this modern backdrop of Park Slope, Brooklyn the characters are incredibly believable and pretty annoying. I grew up in New York City and went to a private school in the city. Most of these moms and PTA groups really do exist and the author does a good job of describing the different types of parents that exist in NYC.

After enjoying this book I will likely go back and read her others to see if they are as good.
