Amanda Grayson has been found dead at the bottom of her stairs in her Brooklyn home. Her husband, Zach, is the main suspect and he seeks the help of Lizzie, an old college flame who is now a senior associate at a law firm to help him. Lizzie believes in her heart that Zach is innocent, and after investigating Zach & Amanda's world and meeting their close-knit friends, she realizes there are plenty of suspects who would want Amanda dead.
A Good Marriage was a fun and twisty ride that had me hooked from start to finish! I enjoyed the alternating POVs of Lizzie and Amanda and trying to put together the pieces of the puzzle. Sometimes shifting timelines can be overwhelming and confusing but it worked for this story. While this is a slow-burn mystery, there was never a dull moment. I thought I had the ending all figured out multiple times, but I was genuinely surprised by the twists and turns! What a great read!
