When I first saw the cover of this book, I did not expect to like it. The cover just simply did not draw me in or make me want to pick up this book. I read the short synopsis provided and was slightly more interested. Then I read the excerpt. That's what really got me hooked.
I like that this book has multiple points of view and that they are well executed. Some of my favorite books have shifting view points. It's not always easy to pull this off, but I think that author has done so here.
I also really liked when the book shifted to the transcript of a trial. It was really cool way to provided a ton of information without it being overwhelming or bloated.
