The prologue alone make me want to continue to read this novel. After it I needed to know who was in jail and what they did. I liked the variety of voices within the excerpt and hope there will be more; I was especially excited to hear Amanda’s, voice knowing her fate. I also enjoyed the courtroom transcript in the excerpt. The story sounds like a juicy and gripping tale.
