I loved Xiang and Anh from the very beginning. But as they fell in love and as the story progressed I loved them even more!
Master Zheng was a cute and loving character. And when I saw the relationship he had with Xiang's mother, I thought something was a little weird.
The way that her mother presented herself kind of gave me very off vibes. Like I had a small hunch of what if the Head of the Dragon Fleet is her mother?!? Like it was one of those random thoughts that kept popping up in my head. And when I read that specific chapter I was shocked but like I knew it at the same time.
Plus, how ruthless her mother is just never seemed to quit shocking me. Especially when she went to shoot her own child and her two lovers. Like women stop!
At least Anh's mother was more of a mother towards Xiang than Xiang's mother. And the crew accepted her and let her stay. It was better off to do that for her than to stay with her mother.
I just felt the ending was a little rushed as well as the dying of Zheng.
