A young author book based on friendship between siblings and a road trip to meet their biological father. Those three things bring about a charming tale, although some parts were slightly difficult, of what happens when they are combined. The three siblings are not like each other and they have to overcome obstacles to find a place where they can appreciate each other. Much like real life scenarios between siblings. The realistic journey of what could be, what happens when you basically get over yourself and see the good in those you love, and going along for the ride made this a worthwhile read. There is a bit of teen drama, but it is a teen drama, so that should be expected. It definitely requires looking past that and finding heart in this one that does live there.
